    Washington Limousine Bill Dies in Senate

    Coleman Dock and SeattleI know my posts have been heavily weighted towards “What’s Happening” this year, but news is news, and I want to keep you current with Olympia while congress is still in session. The Seattle PI recently reported on state lawmakers’ progress with the revised limousine legislation, but since then, the bill seems to have died in the senate.

    Local news has made the issue of illegal operators a top story this past week, and our world-class chauffeurs aren’t too happy about the negative press. However, the Puget Sound Limousine Association is planning on working directly with the city of Seattle in the coming months to help bring an end to the anarchy outside train stations, hotels, and Coleman Dock.
