TEN20 Tower: Upscale Downtown Bellevue Living

    April 30th, 2009

The latest Bellevue Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event was held at the TEN20 Tower, a new luxury apartment residence located near the north edge of downtown Bellevue.

Very tasty appetizers were provided during the event, courtesy of Pearl Bellevue, who we’ve mentioned in a previous post.

We got a tour of several TEN20 Tower model units, located on the 15th floor, where floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular views of the surrounding area. If you’re looking for luxury downtown living without having to purchase, don’t miss the TEN20 Tower during your apartment quest!

Prom Limousines: Seattle Prom Limo Service Deserves a Prom Promise

    April 16th, 2009

You’ve heard prom limousine horror stories. Poor limousine experiences happen right here in the greater Seattle area with great regularity, but your school dance experience doesn’t have to be tarnished by shoddy chauffeured transportation service.

Protect yourself against surprises by doing the necessary research to ensure that the limousine service you are considering cares about your customer satisfaction. A good place to start is the Better Business Bureau, where you can look up the BBB Accreditation and Reliability Report for the service you are considering.

Once you’ve researched the companies that looked good at first glance, call each company’s reservation line and ask the reservationist what extra precautions the company takes to protect the safety of the minors that will be riding in the limousine. Don’t be afraid to ask to see proof of current insurance, and whether or not there will be a dispatcher or reservationist available for you to contact throughout the entire limousine rental time—some companies send the entire staff home at night, leaving the chauffeur to fend for himself after hours.

Need help with preparing for your school dance? Read Rare Form Limousine’s article, entitled “School Dance Etiquette,” for some great information on getting ready for the big night. Let’s step it up, Seattle! Prom is right around the corner, and you deserve to enjoy your evening transportation in a safe, beautiful Seattle prom limo.
